During the school year, our "Godly Play" Sunday School in the church house is open to children of all ages during our 10:00 a.m. service.

Note: our Sunday school year has ended and will resume in September.

Godly Play is a playful method of Christian formation, developed by Dr. Jerome Berryman, founder of Godly Play Foundation and Resources. Incorporating the Montessori method of experiential learning, Godly Play brings to life biblical stories from the Old and New Testaments. Engaging children's imaginations and encouraging them to wonder about the nature of God.

We start each class with a bible story, told with small props, followed by a fun hands-on activity (for example an art response or a game) and end with a small snack. The class runs from between one-half hour to 45 minutes at which time the children are brought over to the church to join their families for Holy Eucharist.
